Last night was the final of Avon's Dunk and Dash series.  Tina and her sister did a relay, while I was able to win the individual.  During the swim, a bunch of friends from Cancun, Mex swam with me surprisingly well.  Good for them as next year I'll probably have to draft off of them (they are all young).

This weekend is Xterra Winter Park.  Last year, the race director Paul, said it would be the last, and this year he REALLY MEANS it!  We'll see....
